研究简介
螨类属于蛛形纲Arachnida、蜱螨亚纲 Acari。瘿螨属于真螨总目 Acariformes、绒螨目 Trombidiformes、前气门亚目 Prostigmata、真足螨总股
Eupodides。瘿螨是农业螨类中体型最小的螨类，平均体长 200 微米，体梭形或者蠕虫形，早在 280年前就有瘿螨记载。瘿螨最早的化石记录可以追溯到三叠纪晚期（230
Ma）。瘿螨总科是蜱螨亚纲的第一大总科，具有超过 4,400
种。本小组紧紧围绕瘿螨开展研究，包括瘿螨与寄主植物之间的关系，瘿螨高级阶元分类系统的构建，瘿螨进化线粒体基因组学研究，瘿螨系统发育关系研究，瘿螨物种多样性研究。
