郭在成，男，1990年生于湖北省黄冈市。研究方向为微波滤波器综合设计，以第一作者发表SCI论文8篇，担任《IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques》、《IEEE Microwave and Wireless Components Letters》、《IET Microwaves, Antennas & Propagation》、《Electronics Letters》等期刊审稿人。
