赵桂书（1989.09-），男，山东临沂，2019年6月博士毕业于东南大学电气工程学院，电气工程专业，主要从事电动汽车用电机本体设计及驱动控制系统等方面的研究工作，发表SCI 论文10 篇，入选江苏省双创计划—“双创博士”资助，参与973、国家自然科学基金等课题研究工作，担任《IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications》、《IEEE Transactions on Industrial?Electronics》等期刊审稿人。
