生物统计学博士，教授，博导。中国卫生统计学会统计理论与方法专业委员会主任委员, 江苏省卫生统计学会主任委员,国家药品监督管理局药品审评专家, 《中国卫生统计》杂志副主编江苏省有突出贡献的中青年专家，江苏省优秀教育工作者，全国交通系统优秀教师江苏省第8、9、10届政协委员.
