教授，主任医师，博导。南京医科大学第一附属医院康复医学中心主任。担任国际物理医学与康复医学学会前任主席；国家卫计委能力建设和继续教育康复医学专家委员会主委；国家卫计委脑卒中专家委员会副主委；中国非公立医疗机构协会康复医学专委会主委；中国老年医学会副会长；华夏医学科技奖理事会副理事长；江苏省康复医学会会长；中国康复医学杂志主编；Journal of Rehabilitation Medicine副主编。
