个人简介
肿瘤微环境是主导肿瘤发生发展的复杂网络，动态刻画和精准调控微环境存在巨大挑战。 申请人针对这一中心问题，创建了肿瘤酸环境可逆响应成像和新生血管靶向成像的新技术，提 出了辅助光热治疗和光协同治疗的新策略，发现了内质网应激反应诱导光热治疗耐受的新机制 ，为肿瘤精准诊疗建立了分子影像导航和诊疗一体的新途径。以第一和通讯作者（含共同）在 Adv Mater、ACS Nano等发表SCI研究型论著（Article）22篇，其中6篇IF>10，IF总计190.9 ，引用1371次，单篇最高引用466次，3篇ESI高被引，1篇被Science Transl Med选为研究亮 点并专文点评，被中美及欧洲院士正面评价，写入26本国际专著。获国际控释协会最佳论文奖 （中国首次）和江苏省科学技术一等奖（排名第2）。拟开展内质网应激反应调节肿瘤免疫微 环境的分子影像和单细胞转录组学研究，为免疫治疗提供新的影像标志物和诊疗靶点。
