个人简介
吴鑫,男,1993年至1998年毕业于江西医学院,本科学历,医学学士学位;1998年至2003年毕业于复旦大学,研究生学历,医学博士学位;2005年至2006年在美国韦恩州立大学,博士后研究员;2007年至2012年初在美国宾夕法尼亚大学,助理研究员;2012年起至今任南京医科大学,教授,博士研究生导师, 生殖医学国家重点实验室PI等工作职务。研究兴趣:以精原干细胞体外培养增殖及功能移植为平台,研究干细胞的自我更新,体外分化和去分化机制;研究雄性性腺内生殖细胞发育所需微环境的信号传导及转录调控;从雄性生殖干细胞角度发展转基因或基因纠正技术。代表性论文(5篇)1.Wu X, Goodyear SM, Abramowitz LK, Bartolomei MS, Tobias JW, Avarbock MR and Brinster RL.
