研究领域：
消化系统肿瘤的分子病理机制与早期诊治；炎症性肠病的发病机制与内科治疗；慢性肝脏疾病
担任《医学研究生学报》、《东南国防医药杂志》副主编
《中华消化内镜杂志》、《解放军医药杂志》、GIE、JGH、WJG等多家中英文杂志编委及审稿专家
承担国家自然科学基金4项、总后勤部和南京军区卫生部医药卫生科研基金多项；参与“十一五”国家科技支撑计划重大项目等
发表SCI论文60余篇，主编及参编论著5部，获国家发明专利1项，全军医疗成果二等奖1项，江苏省医疗新技术引进奖1项
