研究方向
研究新型二维纳米材料的生长制备、光电特性、微电存储和量子器件:通过设计、制备和测量基于二维纳米材料的微纳米级(光)电子器件,探索新奇微观电子行为和开发高效电学性能,包括石墨烯,过渡金属硫化物,手性磁性材料, 黑磷等。目前已发表学术论文近50篇,以第一作者/通讯作者身份在Nature Communications, Physical Review Letters, Advanced Materials, Nano Today等发表论文20余篇。曾荣获国际先进材料学会IAAM奖章(International Association of Advanced Materials Award)、欧洲材料学会青年科学家奖 “Young Scientist Award”、江苏****、江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才A类、首届国家级江北新区“十大****”、中国青少年科技创新奖等荣誉,担任国际先进材料协会会员、欧洲先进材料大会科学顾问委员、柔性电子材料与器件工信部重点实验室学术委员会委员、中国激光杂志社青年编委、江苏省青年联合会委员、江苏省青年科技工作者协会会员等社会兼职。、
