主要学术成绩
多年在大学、国际公司从事有机光电材料、界面科学等方向的研究工作，创新成果在Nature Nanotech.、J. Am .Chem. Soc.、Macromolecules、Small、J. Phys. Chem. B、Chem. Phys. Lett.等国际著名期刊发表SCI论文50余篇；申请及授权欧洲、中国发明专利13项，授权4项。多次参加国内外学术会议并作口头报告。2014年获得江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才支持。2016年获得江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”（第三层次）、江苏省“双创团队”（核心成员）
