主要研究方向
长期专注宽频微波毫米波功能材料研发、工程化及其应用。主要研究方向1、高性能微波陶瓷、高频电子玻璃、玻璃/陶瓷复合材料研发及元器件设计;2、特种工程树脂改性及其复合功能性无机材料与金属化宽频电路基板;3、射频混合集成电路与芯片封装新材料及其应用。
成果获国防科技进步二等奖、江苏省科技二等奖、中石化技术发明一等奖。
