陈银基 博士、教授、硕士生导师，江苏省现代粮食流通与安全协同创新中心PI；先后在国家科技部农村中心、国家粮食局、南京市栖霞区科技局借调/挂职工作，并在University of Helsinki（赫尔辛基大学，芬兰）学术访问。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家公益性行业专项、国家科技支撑计划子课题、江苏省自然科学基金面上项目、江苏省农业自主创新资金项目、江苏省“六大人才高峰”项目等9项；参与欧盟地平线项目、国家重点基础研究发展计划（973计划）等10多个项目课题研究。近二十年来，在国内外期刊发表科研论文100余篇，其中SCI论文60余篇，h-index指数26；副主编专著1部，参编8部，参与制定国家标准1项，授权国家专利6项。

Prof. Dr. YINJI CHEN
I made the Bachelor's degree in Feed Science and Doctor’s degree in Food Technology. My doctoral degree studies focused on Fatty Acids Biotechnology and Meat Science. At the present, I am University professor and Principal Investigator in the areas of cereal storage & animal product technology at the Department of Food Science and Engineering, NUFE.
