卜湛,副教授,硕士生导师,软件工程系主任,ACM/CCF会员,分别于2015,2016和2018年度入选南京财经大学“青年****支持计划”,“高端人才支持计划(青年拔尖人才)”和江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才支持计划。长期从事社会计算、数据挖掘、博弈论等领域的基础研究工作,并结合统计物理学、行为经济学、人工智能领域的前沿技术,解决大数据分析、电子商务和互联网金融等应用领域的热点问题。近年来主持国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划子课题等国家级项目3项,江苏省自然科学基金项目1项、江苏省教育厅高校自然科学基金项目1项,及横向课题2项。在数据挖掘和人工智能领域的权威期刊TKDE、TPDS、TCYB、TSMCS等发表学术论文50余篇(含10篇IEEE/ACM Transactions)。现担任《Palgrave Communications》、《IEEE Access》和《Frontiers in Physics》副主编,《聊城学报-自然科学版》青年主编,并长期承担TCYB、TSMCS、KBS、《电子学报》等国内外期刊的审稿工作。
