人才库姓名:杨群性别:男职务:所长职称:研究员通讯地址:南京市北京东路39号邮政编码:210008电子邮件:qunyang@nigpas.ac.cn简历:杨群,研究员,博士生导师B.S.-北京大学(1981),Ph.D.-UT-Dallas(1988)1981年毕业于北京大学地质地理系古生物学及地层学专业,1982-1983年中国科学院南京地质古生物研究所研究生,1985-1989年美国得克萨斯大学(UT-Dallas)攻读博士学位,兼研究助理、助教。1989-1993年在中国科学院南京地质古生物研究所从事博士后研究,1995-1996年赴美国约翰?霍普金斯大学进修分子生物学。1996年和1999年分别两次作为日本学术振兴会邀请学者赴日本名古屋大学和新泻大学进行合作与交流。1993年任中国科学院南京地质古生物研究所研究员、博导生导师。现任中国古生物学会理事长,国际古生物协会理事会成员,《Palaeowold》(Elsevier出版)杂志共同主编,微体古生物分会荣誉理事(前理事长);任第二届国际古生物学大会(2006)执行委员会主席。1996年入选中国科学院“百人计划”,1998年获国家“杰出青年基金”,2000年获香港求是科学基金会“杰出青年学者奖”,2012年获得“全国优秀科技工作者”称号。研究领域:研究工作分为两个部分:1)分子古生物学:自1996年开始探索古分子、部分动物类群(包括节肢动物中部分甲壳类和多足类、苔藓动物和海绵动物)的谱系发育年代学,试图将现代分子生物学、有机地球化学和化石记录结合起来,开展多学科交叉,以探讨早期动物类群的起源与辐射;研究组还开展部分特殊蕨类和水杉等植物的谱系发育年代学研究。2)中生代和古生代放射虫的分类学、生物地层学及古生态学:主要致力于环北太平洋地区和东特地斯(西藏地区)的放射虫地层的对比工作。社会任职:获奖及荣誉:第四届中国青年科技奖(1994),"全国优秀回国人员"(1997),中国科学院"百人计划优秀团队奖"(1999),南京市有突出成绩的中青年专家(1999),香港求是科技基金会"杰出青年学者奖"(2000),第五届“全国优秀科技工作者”(2012)
