简历：
　　龚志军，男，1974年生，浙江杭州人。1997年获杭州师范大学生物学专业学士学位，2002年获中国科学院水生生物研究所水生生物学专业博士学位，同年进入浙江大学博士后工作，2004年进入中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所工作，历任助理研究员，副研究员和研究员。
　　先后主持国家自然科学基金5项，国家水专项子课题3项、江苏省主要湖泊水生态监测与生态健康评价课题多项，作为课题骨干参与973项目、国家基金委重大项目、中国科学院重大项目、中科院先导专项、国家自然科学基金重点项目多项等。
　　近年来发表论文80余篇，第一作者和通讯作者论文40余篇（SCI论文20余篇），制定地方标准《湖泊水生态监测规范（DB32T 3202-2017）》一项。获2013年江苏省科学技术奖“太湖水环境演化过程、驱动机制及生态效应”二等奖(排名第八），生态环境部环境保护科学技术奖“湖泊蓝藻水华及湖泛监测预警和处置关键技术与应用”一等奖（排名第3）。
