个人简介


徐俊增,1980年1月出生,博士,教授,博士生导师。美国Iowa State University和加拿大McGill University访问学者。主要从事农业高效灌排及其农田生态效应研究工作。近5年来主持和参加科研项目20余项。在农业高效用水理论与技术、节水灌溉的农田温室气体排放与减排机理、高效灌排与农业面源污染控制、土壤水分调控与污染物(氮磷与重金属等)迁移转化规律等方面开展了大量的探索性试验研究。揭示了控制灌溉水分调控策略条件下水稻的生理生长响应及其水分高效利用机理,提出了基于叶气温差反映水分亏缺状态的水稻叶片气孔导度-光合速率-蒸腾速率的耦合模拟模型,提出了基于气象预报信息的实时灌溉预报ET0 预测方法,参与提出了不同灌溉制度下水稻需水量计算的修正双作物系数法,并分别从节水灌溉稻田温室气体排放、氨挥发损失、重金属赋存与富集等方面揭示了节水灌溉稻田伴生过程的生态效应,揭示了节水灌溉稻田甲烷和氧化亚氮的排放规律及减排机理,发现了稻季农田水分管理对氧化亚氮产生与排放的后效影响,发现了节水灌溉稻田土壤有机碳转化与典型重金属赋存形态及其生物有效性变化间的关系,提出了灌溉-排水-湿地系统的稻田氮磷减排模式。
合作出版专著2部,发表SCI检索论文56篇(其中第一和通讯作者共计34篇)。博士学位论文获“全国优秀博士学位论文提名”,专著《水稻控制灌溉理论与技术》获首届江苏省新闻出版政府奖提名奖、闻出版总署第四届“三个一百”原创图书出版工程(科学技术类)。“太湖流域圩区稻田节水控污灌排技术与工程模式(排名1/20)”、“水稻节水灌溉理论及调控模式创新与应用(排名3/15)”、“南方灌区生态节水工程建设与管理模式(排名4/15)”3项成果分别获2012、2010和2011年中国农业节水科技奖一等奖,生态节水型灌区建设关键技术及应用(排名7/15)获2016年国家科技进步一等奖。入选江苏省青蓝工程优秀青年骨干教师计划、江苏省333计划第三层次、江苏高校优秀科技创新团队(带头人)。
