李新，男，1987年11月出生，2011年07月获郑州大学工学学士学位（水文与水资源工程专业），2014年1月获天津大学工程硕士学位（水利工程专业），2018年9月获新加坡国立大学哲学博士学位（土木与环境工程系）。在工作学习期间，累计发表学术论文14篇，其中，第一作者SCI论文7篇，包括环境科学与生态学1区Top期刊《Science of The Total Environment》1篇，气候领域权威期刊《Climate Dynamics》2篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项，江苏省“双创计划”项目1项，南京留学人员科技创新择优资助项目（B类）1项，中央高校基本科研业务费2项；参与国家自然科学基金项目1项，水利部公益性项目1项，新加坡水务局研发项目3项。
