霍志红（1976）女，副教授，黑龙江双鸭山人，硕士生导师。
2006年毕业于华中科技大学，同年到河海大学任教。从事风力发电机组控制、故障诊断与容错控制方面的教学与研究工作，主持参加国家及省部级项目10余项，发表论文三十余篇，其中SCI、EI检索论文十余篇，出版论著3部。
