吴志勇,男,1979年出生,浙江松阳人,教授,博士生导师,全国优秀博士学位论文获得者。河海大学教务处副处长,兼任河海大学水文水利自动化研究所所长、中国水利学会水文气象学委员会副秘书长、中国水利教育协会高等教育分会常务副秘书长、中国工程教育专业认证协会水利类专业认证委员会副秘书长、国际水文科学协会中国委员会(CNC-IAHS)陆气关系分委会、水文观测分委会、水资源系统分委会委员等。1997年进入河海大学水文与水资源利用专业学习,2001年获学士学位;2003年提前攻博,师从陆桂华教授,2008年获河海大学水文学及水资源博士学位,并留校任教。2011年4月被聘为河海大学首批青年教授,2012年10月被聘为博士生导师,2016年7月晋升河海大学教授。2004年6~7月和2005年7~8月,两次赴加拿大McGill University大气海洋科学系开展陆气耦合洪水预报研究。2014年9月~2015年8月,在美国George Mason University访问,开展多源土壤含水量融合研究。
从事水文学及水资源学科教学和科研工作,主要研究方向为陆气耦合流域水文模拟及预报、干旱模拟监测及预报、气候变化对水文水资源的影响、水文信息采集与处理和水利信息化等。主持开发了“基于气象-水文耦合的全国干旱预测系统”和“全国旱情监测预测系统——水文干旱子系统”;参与开发了“全国水文测报信息管理系统”和“基于 WebGIS 全国水文站网信息系统”等水利部信息中心的业务运行系统。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、全国优秀博士学位论文作者专项资金资助项目、国家重点研发项目专题、水利部公益性行业科研专项项目、江苏省自然科学基金面上项目等30余项。
在国内外重要学术期刊和会议论文集上发表论文100多篇。以第二作者出版专著《水文循环过程及定量预报》(2010)和《气候变化对南方典型洪涝灾害高风险区防洪安全影响及适应对策》(2016)。参编专著《气候变化对水文水资源影响研究》(2007)和《气候变化对中国水资源影响及应对策略研究》(2012)。参与完成“水文循环大气-陆面过程模拟及应用”获2011年水利部大禹水利科学技术一等奖(2/15),“基于WebGIS的全国水文站网信息系统”获2007年水利部大禹水利科学技术一等奖(10/15),“西江流域水文气象耦合洪水预报技术研究”获2017年珠江水利委员会科学技术二等奖(3/10)。博士学位论文《定量降雨与实时洪水预报研究》入选“全国百篇优秀博士学位论文”。
荣获河海大学本科毕业设计优秀指导教师、江苏省优秀学术硕士学位论文指导教师、首届中国水利学会刘光文青年科技奖。入选国家留学基金委全额资助访问****、河海大学优秀创新人才支持计划、江苏省高校青蓝工程优秀青年骨干教师培养计划、江苏省333高层次人才培养工程中青年科学技术带头人、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划。
