霍志红，1976.9，女，中共党员，博士，副教授，硕士研究生导师，河海大学能源与电气学院新能源系副主任，从事风电机组控制技术方面的研究，主讲《控制工程基础》、《风力机组控制》课程。Email:hzh96422@sohu.com
