夏正俊 男 博导 东北地理与农业生态研究所
1962年8月生于江苏省建湖县,博士,研究员,博士生导师。2010年4月被中国科学院东北地理与农业生态研究所作为国外杰出人才引进。2001年7月起先后在日本千叶大学和日本农业生物资源研究所,从事大豆BAC文库的构建、高密度连锁群图谱的创建与大豆生育期基因克隆等研究工作。1)先后成功地克隆出大豆控制开花与成熟期E1、E2和E3基因。特别是成功破译了E1基因,取得了突破性进展,为国际首创。E1基因位于着丝点附近,克隆难度大,且在拟南芥和水稻基因组中不存在近等同源序列,代表着大豆基因组中存在着独特的控制开花与成熟期基因体系。该基因是已被认为是大豆中调控光周期反应和生育期的中心元件(integrator)。 另外在世界上首次定位、克隆了大豆生育期E2和E3基因, 并对其功能进行验证。参加了大豆开花习性基因DT1和开花习性基因GmFTs的克隆。(2)利用了多种类型的分子标志,成功地构筑了大豆高密度连锁群图谱。(3)构建了多个大豆基因文库,并创建了有效筛选基因文库的技术体系,能快速有效地筛选出目标克隆。另外在早期的研究中,明确了我国作物丝核菌和棉花大丽轮枝菌的菌丝融合群,建立了玉米病害的分子检测技术等。先后主持并完成了国家科技攻关和国家自然科学基金等科研项目,出版专著一部,获得省部级奖励3项和发明专利1项。国内外期刊上发表论文60多篇。
