（3）国家环保公益性行业科研专项重大项目，课题“复合污染地下水特性识别与技术筛选体系框架建立”，子课题“石油化工复合污染地下水特性识别”，负责人，2010-2013。
（4）国土部地质调查项目“铬渣污染场地地下水污染控制与修复技术研究”，负责人，2013-2015。
（5）环保部项目“水质良好湖泊生态环境保护工作—松花湖生态环境保护基线调查项目”，课题“松花湖水生生物调查与评估”，负责人，2012-2013。
