吴荒，吉林大学第二医院眼科中心视光学科主任，医学博士，主任医师，副教授，硕士研究生导师。现任吉林省医学会眼科学分会视光学组常务副组长，    吉林省医学会眼科学分会委员，中国医师协会吉林省眼科分会常务委员，中国老年学会长春分会眼科学组副主任委员。提倡使用综合验光仪的规范验光；擅长屈光不正、老视、弱视及双眼视异常的诊治，斜视的非手术治疗等。近5年来主持省级科研项目3项（合计经费50万元），发表SCI收录论文8篇（通讯作者7篇，第2作者1篇）。
