杨永广,教授,医学博士,博士生导师。国家中组部“****”特聘专家,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者(B类),国家重大科学研究计划(973计划)首席科学家,国家“十二五”科技重大传染性疾病专项项目首席科学家,教育部2011年度“****与创新团队发展计划”负责人,吉林大学白求恩第一医院转化医学研究院副院长,吉林大学免疫学研究所所长,表观遗传药物与人类疾病动物模型国际联合研究中心主任,人类疾病动物模型国家地方联合工程实验室主任,吉林省组织工程与人类疾病动物模型重点实验室主任。
在美国哈佛大学和哥伦比亚大学医学院工作20余年,先后任讲师、助理教授、副教授、终身教授。专长于移植免疫学,主要包括同种异基因和异种器官移植免疫耐受及骨髓移植。在移植免疫耐受、骨髓移植、干细胞移植和免疫系统人源化小鼠构建及应用的研究领域中取得了显著成绩。
首次证明造血嵌合体能够诱导预先存在和新发育的产生a1, 3Gal 抗体前B细胞的免疫耐受;建立的具有人免疫系统/血液系统的人源化小鼠模型被认为是可用于评价人免疫系统的最好模型之一, 已经成功地应用该模型对人异基因和异种免疫反应与免疫耐受及其他人免疫生物学和免疫病理学进行研究; 被认为是CD47移植排斥作用研究领域的先驱,首次发现并证明了巨噬细胞免疫耐受现象及CD47不相容性是触发巨噬细胞异种移植排斥的主要机制。截止2015年4月发表SCI论文 96篇,被引用3009次,累计影响因子总和610.75点。
