研究内容

课题组主要从事金属-空气电池、新型离子电池与能源电催化相关方面的研究工作。在金属-空气电池方面主要开展金属负极、电解液稳定性、空气正极氧还原/析出双功能电催化剂性能提升以及高性能电池器件研制方面的工作;新型离子电池方面主要关注钠离子电池、钾离子电池的开发与柔性器件的设计;能源电催化研究主要涉及全电解水、二氧化碳/氮气电还原及燃料电池用催化剂的设计,着眼于解决可再生能源发电大规模储存的难题。

▌ 金属-空气电池
    锂空气电池是一种用锂作负极,以空气中的氧气作为正极反应物的电池。锂空气电池比锂离子电池具有更高的能量密度,因为其阴极(以多孔碳为主)很轻,且氧气从环境中获取而不用保存在电池里。

▌ 能源电催化/电合成
能源是人类活动的物质基础。在某种意义上讲,人类社会的发展离不开优质能源的出现和先进能源技术的使用。在当今世界,能源的发展,能源和环境,是全世界、全人类共同关心的问题,也是我国社会经济发展的重要问题。    

▌ 新型离子电池
    新型离子电池有着非常相似的反应机理,即金属阳离子在正负极材料之间来回脱出/嵌入,从而实现能量的存储与释放。电池的寿命取决于循环期间电极材料的可逆性。 因此开发稳定的电极材料并了解离子在材料中的储存机制对于改善电池性能至关重要。

课题组主要从事电池与电催化研究,已在Nat. Chem、Nat. Energy、Chem, Joule, Nat. Commun.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Adv. Mater.、Chem. Soc. Rev.等期刊上以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文150余篇,他引18384次,论文引用H因子为76(截至2019年11月28日)。多篇论文被Nature和Science等期刊亮点报道;41篇论文入选ESI高被引论文,11篇论文被选为热点文章;申请国家发明专利16项(9项已授权),日本专利2项;在国内外专业学术会议作邀请100余次。承担国家重点研发计划、中国科学院战略性先导科技专项、国家自然科学基金等科研课题。获中科院“百人计划”(2011年,结题“优秀”),国家自然科学基金委“优秀青年科学基金”(2014年,结题“优秀”),国家“万人计划-青年拔尖人才”(2015年), 科技部创新人才推进计划“中青年科技创新领军人才”(2016年), 国家自然科学基金委“杰出青年科学基金”(2017年),国家“万人计划-科技创新领军人才”(2018年)支持和吉林省自然科学奖一等奖(排名第1)(2019年)。

三、招聘条件
1、国家级创新人才计划青年项目

取得博士学位,不超40周岁;在海外知名高校、科研机构或知名企业研发机构有正式教学或科研职位,取得博士学位后在海外连续工作3年以上,为所从事科研领域同龄人中的拔尖人才,且有成为该领域学术或者技术带头人的发展潜力;引进后须全职在所里工作3年以上;申报时已在国内工作的,回国时间应不超过1年。
2、中科院创新人才计划A类

年龄不超过50周岁;具有在海内外知名科研机构、高校或大型企业研发机构等担任教授职位或相当岗位的任职经历;特别优秀或急需且特别优秀的海外申请人,可放宽至副教授或相当岗位的任职经历。
3、中科院创新人才计划B类

博士学位,年龄不超过40周岁;取得博士学位后在海内外知名科研机构、高校或大型企业研发机构连续不少于3年(含)的科研工作经历,或具有担任副教授或相当岗位的任职经历;国内申请人应为院外单位人员或已履行不少于一个聘期合同的中科院特别研究助理。
4、研究员

博士学位、年龄不超过40周岁;海内外知名科研机构、高校或大型企业研发机构3年以上科研工作经历,或具有担任副教授或相当岗位的经历;符合我所新学科、新领域和新方向,且在该领域做出过具有突出创新思想的研究成果,得到国内外同行认可和高度评价。
5、正高级工程师

硕士以上学位、不超过45周岁;应具有在国内外连续从事工程技术研发、工艺设计开发或仪器设备研制等不少于5年的工作经历,及在国内外知名高技术企业担任副总工程师岗位的任职经历(国内申请人应具有正高级工程师专业技术职务);短期岗位须连续在所工作3年以上,且每年在所工作不少于2个月。
6、高级工程师

硕士以上学位,不超过35周岁;应具有在国内外连续从事工程技术研发、工艺设计开发或仪器设备研制等不少于3年的工作经历;以及在国内外知名高技术企业担任技术研发部门负责人岗位的任职经历;国内申请人应当具有高级工程师专业技术职务。
7、特别研究助理

博士学位、年龄35周岁以下;取得优秀的科研成绩,与我所在编职工之间或新聘用人员之间不存在夫妻关系、直系血亲关系、三代以内旁系血亲关系以及近姻亲关系。
