高光辉,1979年生,男,吉林省磐石市人,中共党员,教授,博士后,博士生导师。吉林省委组织部百名高层次创新创业引进人才、吉林省人社厅拔尖创新人才、吉林省教育厅首批高校科研春苗人才、吉林省委宣传部吉林好青年(爱岗敬业类),材料科学高等研究院副院长。
