张芹 个人简介
张芹,女,1978年生,2011年6月从华中科技大学毕业,获得工学博士学位。主要研究方向包括:量子点发光二极管(QLED)和大功率发光二极管(HP-LED)的芯片制备及封装技术、QLED的电致发光机制、LED的失效机制和材料的性能测试方法。联系电话:18970909262.邮箱:zhangqin0066@163.com。
