● 研究兴趣、领域:

主要运用分子生物学、细胞生物学、动物模型和生物化学的手段研究肿瘤发生发展的分子机制,特别是基于肿瘤细胞中普遍存在的代谢异常的生化特征,系统研究这些特征与肿瘤的生长、侵袭和转移的关系,以及相关的信号转导
通路。 Rho GTPases 与肿瘤发生发展的关系。
