柯善明(Prof. Shanming Ke),湖北黄冈人,九三学社社员。2008年博士毕业于西北工业大学,2006-2007在香港理工大学进行博士联合培养,2008-2012在香港理工大学从事博士后研究,2012-2018年在深圳大学工作,2017-2018新南威尔士大学访问****,2018年底作为****加入南昌大学。
目前主要从事复杂氧化物材料(薄膜、陶瓷、单晶)的制备、物性及其应用研究,迄今为止在Nat. Mater.、Nat. Commun.、Adv. Mater.、Nano Lett.等专业期刊发表学术论文110余篇,论文被引2110余篇次,H因子24。近年来主持国家自然科学基金、科技部国际合作项目、深圳市孔雀计划创新创业项目等科研项目十余项。是Int. Adv. Appl. Phys. Res.国际期刊副主编,及J. Nanomater. (SCI)期刊的客座主编,同时也是Nat. Nanotechnol.、Nat. Commun.、Adv. Energy Mater.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、Angew. Chem. Int. Edit.等30余种专业学术期刊的审稿人。
研究兴趣:
1. 铁电、压电、介电、挠曲电材料及器件;
2. 氧化物薄膜与异质结(铁电隧道结、铁电超晶格、柔性氧化物薄膜);
3. 薄膜基能源材料(全固态薄膜电池);
