1992 年 7 月本科毕业留校任教，2003 年聘为副教授，2008 年聘为教授，硕士生导师。现为赣南师范大学化学化工学院院长，江西省有机药物化学重点实验室主任，江西省化学化工学会副理事长。
课 程 教 学

主要承担物理化学、物理化学实验、综合化学实验、应用电化学等本科生课程教学，以及现代化学实验技术、原子光谱技术和科技论文写作等研究生课程教学。
