Albert Y. Ha is currently a Chair Professor of the Department of Information Systems, Business Statistics and Operations Management, and a Chair Professor of the Department of Industrial Engineering and Decision Analytics, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Prof. Ha received his PhD?in Operations Management from Standard University (1992), MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (1988) and BSc?in Civil Engineering from The University of Hong Kong (1984).
