Dr Jungwon Seo holds a PhD degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania (Penn). His research interests include various problems of robotic manipulation; he has been investigating theoretical and practical issues relating to creating solutions for handling objects of interest with robotic systems. He received the BS degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Seoul National University and worked as an automotive engineer at Hyundai Motor Company before studying at Penn.
