Prof. Eric W. T. Ngai is a Professor in the Department of Management & Marketing, PolyU. His current research interests are in the areas of E-commerce, Decision Support Systems, Supply Chain Management, Knowledge Management & Innovation, IoT ?and AI Methods and Applications. He has published papers in a number of international journals including MIS Quarterly, Journal of the AIS, Production & Operations Management, Journal of Operations Management, INFORMS Journal of Computing, European Journal of Information Systems, Information & Management, and others. He is an Associate Editor of Information & Management and Communications of AIS and serves on editorial board of three international journals.
