Colin Beard is a Professor of Experiential Learning (Sheffield Hallam University). He is a National Teaching Fellow (2005), holding previous roles such as External Advisor to the Open University Postgraduate Business School, Visiting Professor @ two leading Universities in Beijing, and at Derby University, UK. He has advised, in various capacities, on learning and development for UK Government Departments (English, Scottish and Welsh), US Government (Foreign Service Institute) & Singapore Governments (Ministry of Education/Ministry of Youth & Culture/NYC).He has delivered 65 global keynotes, written 8 books, 18 book chapters, and 44 refereed journal articles.
