Leo is a Senior Research Assistant in the Department of Education Policy and Leadership at the Education University of Hong Kong. He is currently assisting on two research projects on middle leadership in Hong Kong schools and International Baccalaureate schools in Eastern Asia, under the supervision of Dr. Darren Bryant.
Before joining the department in 2016, he attained his first degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce (Maritime Business and Logistics) at the University of Plymouth in the United Kingdom. He gained his Master of Science and Engineering degree (Industrial Engineering and Logistics Management) at HKU, a Master of Arts degree (Philosophy) at CUHK and the Master of Education degree (Educational and Developmental Psychology) at EdUHK.
