Ms. SHI Lan is a Ed.D student in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language from Hebei Normal University and her Mastter Management degree from Beihang University in Mainland of China. SHI Lan spent 9 years as a Chinese teacher and a deputy director of Admin & Personnel Department in a secondary school in Shanghai. She current research project focuses on metacognitive teaching.
