Dr. Philip Chow received his Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge under the supervision of Prof. Richard Friend. In 2016 he was awarded the Japan Society for Promotion of Science (JSPS) postdoctoral fellowship to work at the University of Tokyo, and in 2017 he joined the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) as a Research Assistant Professor. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Hong Kong. His group carries out multidisciplinary research in the field of optoelectronics and nanotechnology, covering both fundamental science and device applications.
