Biography
Youngduk Lee received his PhD from Indiana University and is currently an assistant professor at the University of Hong Kong. His research interests include individual differences, counterproductive work behavior, organizational citizenship behavior, and personnel selection.
Research Interest
My research addresses the conceptualization of individual differences and job performance, and how strongly and why individual differences are related to job performance.
