Dr. Alex Kwok is currently an Assistant Professor at Department of Applied Data Science, Hong Kong Shue Yan University (HKSYU). Before joining HKSYU, Dr. Kwok was the Assistant Professor at the School of Intelligent Systems Science and Engineering, Jinan University, China. He graduated from The University of Hong Kong with a B.Eng. degree in Logistics Engineering and Supply Chain Management and a Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering / Management Science. Dr. Kwok is a certified Senior Big Data Analyst and a Senior AR/VR Technology Application and Developer at the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China. His research interests include virtual reality, human-computer interaction, decision support systems, and consumer behaviour. His recent work has appeared in peer-reviewed journals such as Decision Support Systems and Computers & Industrial Engineering.
