BiographyMs. Gentiana Cheung joined the School of Hotel and Tourism Management (SHTM) at The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2013. With her wealth of hospitality industry background (Regent, Peninsula, Mira, Harbour Plaza) and being a certified trainer in MBTI, FIRO-B, DISC and Big Five, Gentiana is currently the Programme Director of the BBA in Hospitality and Real Estate Programme who overlooks various functions:

With her interests in educational technology, she plays an active role in developing and incorporating new technological elements to the SHTM curriculum. Besides developing new courses for the HRE programme, Gentiana constantly conduct grooming and social etiquette workshop, dining etiquette workshop and team building activities for students, teachers and company executives. Gentiana teaches mostly the hospitality courses.
