BiographyProf. Anthony Lau is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the School of Hotel and Tourism Management at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the marketing, hospitality and tourism industries holding key positions. He is currently an Executive Vice President of Lai Sun Group, leading its hotels and catering arm. He was the former Executive Director of the Hong Kong Tourism Board and a highly successful executive in a multinational company.
Mr. Lau holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto in Canada.
