For research postgraduate and taught doctoral students who wish to graduate in 2018-19, please note the following:

1. By end of January 2019, complete and submit Form TAS-1 to the Graduate School to declare intention to submit a thesis (at least four months before actual submission). Form TAS-1 is downloadable from the “Procedures and Forms” under the “Thesis” section on the GS Platform (Students) (https://www.gradsch.cuhk.edu.hk/pgstudent/main.htm).

2. By 31 May 2019, submit the first draft of the thesis.

3. By 31 August 2019, submit the final version of the thesis upon the final grade of the thesis is available on GS Platform (Students).

Please also note that students are not allowed to submit a thesis in the following situations:

1. Students are on leave.
2. The External Examiner(s) have not accepted the invitation.
