摘要A low-power fractional-N frequency synthesizer operates in the Medical Implantable Communications Service (MICS) band used in an injection-locked transmitter is presented in this paper. The synthesizer is fully integrated in a standard http://aims.cuhk.edu.hk/converis/portal/Publication/0.18-mu m CMOS process for wireless implantable biomedical applications. Simulation results show that the synthesizer achieves 15 mu s locking time and consumes 4 mW at a power supply of 1.5 V.
