何卫民,男,安徽安庆人,农工党党员,博士,教授,博士生导师,湖南省****基金获得者,英国皇家化学会Top 1%高被引中国作者,中国化学快报优秀青年****,化学化工学院学科拔尖人才。发表通讯作者SCI论文85篇,其中近5年发表中科院一区论文41篇,他引3500余次,通讯作者H指数39。主持国家自然科学基金,教育部博士点基金等项目,授权第一发明人发明专利12项,完成利福平中间体及醋酸氢化可的松环保新工艺产业化;受邀担任首届中国化学会与爱思唯尔合办国际绿色与可持续发展化学会议分会主席。

研究内容与特色
以绿色化学第一原则,即“防止废物产生优于废物产生后再处理”为出发点,以实现传统合成反应绿色化和复杂反应简单化为目标。通过巧妙设计使绿色溶剂或反应物在合成反应中发挥多重作用,减少非绿色组分的使用,简化合成体系;通过设计串联反应,避免衍生化反应,减少分离纯化工序;利用自分相分离策略,实现产物的清洁分离,避免分离纯化过程使用化石溶剂;运用新能量传递方式,解决反应的传质传热问题,提高能源效率,建立了系列清洁有机合成新方法。
