基本信息
李梓维,男,理学博士,湖南大学材料科学与工程学院副教授、博士生导师、岳麓****

1990年出生于吉林延边,2013年于吉林大学电子科学与工程学院取得工学学士学位后,保送至北京大学前沿交叉学科研究院、物理学院攻读理学博士学位。2017年和2019年分别在英国伯明翰大学超材料中心、瑞典林雪平大学物理系做访问****。2018年6月取得北京大学凝聚态物理理学博士学位,同年7月加入湖南大学材料科学与工程学院工作。
主要研究领域为二维材料、纳米光子学、新型光电子器件。发展了普适性的二维材料异质结可控制备技术,利用稳态、瞬态光谱探测技术和微纳加工方法,表征二维异质结材料的物理、化学性质,研究材料内部的载流子转移、激子动力学、谷极化荧光、表面等离激元共振等现象。近年来,作为第一作者及共同第一作者发表SCI论文30余篇,包括Adv. Mater., Nano Lett.,ACS Nano, Nano Research, Research, Nanoscale等。相关工作被ACS Nano: 'In Nano'特刊、ACS Nano 视频简讯、Wiley Materials Views China、Design for Science等国内外科学网等新闻媒体多次报导。申请中国发明专利7项,授权2项。

He focuses on2D materials, nanophotonics and novelopto-electronic devices. He majors in nanofabrication and spectroscopic technology. Using steady-state, transient spectral detection technology to investigate the light-physics of 2D materials, including charge transfer, dynamics of excitons, valley polarization andsurface plasmon. He has published 20+ papers in peer-reviewed journals including Advanced Materials, Nano Letters, ACS Nano, Advanced Functional Materials, Advanced Science, Laser & Photonics Reviews, Small, Nanoscale and Advanced Optical Materials. Some works have been highlighted in ACS Nano special issue "In Nano", Wiley Materials Views China, Design for Science.

研究概况


l偏振相关的二维材料光学性质和光电器件。二维材料体系十分丰富,在偏振相关的应用中具有多种物理和电子特性,包括各向异性、谷电子材料和其他杂化范德华尔斯异质结构。该综述回顾了二维材料中与偏振相关的物理机理,包括各向异性原子结构对能带的影响、Berry曲率与时间和空间反演对称、狄拉克半导体诱导的不等价谷等;对光学和光电特性进行详细评述,包括拉曼位移、光吸收、光致发光和功能性光电器件;并对未来二维材料的发展和调整发表独特见解。这些二维材料广泛应用于能量存储、量子信息处理和多功能感测等研究领域,与偏振相关的光电子学为低维材料科学和器件集成应用的蓬勃发展开辟了未来途径。(Research, 2020)

l二维材料垂直异质结高性能光电器件研究通过一种可控的CVD外延生长法制备垂直堆叠的MoS2/MoSe2范德华尔斯异质结,异质结上原子排布均匀、界面无合金化。通过顶层MoS2单层改善异质结中载流子传输过程,与单层MoS2器件相比,异质结迁移率提升6倍,同时,得益于内建电场,电荷实现有效分离,抑制载流子复合,获得高达36A/W的响应率以及4.8×1011 Jones的高通断比。该工作丰富了二维范德华尔斯异质结的材料体系,加速了低维半导体研究领域向系统集成的发展。(Nano Research, 2020)
l二维材料垂直异质结的普适性生长机理与可控生长研究。在化学气相沉积生长中,通过在调控生长源的组分配比,并引入低熔点的盐类化合物,在低生长温度(600-700℃)实现水平和垂直异质结的可控生长。研究发现在高的W/Se前驱体比例浓度时,多种前驱体的形成能相似,共同参与生长成核,但是W1Se1前驱体分子在底层材料MoS2表面的扩散势能较大,优先被保留在底层材料表面成核生长,最终促进异质结的生长。该生长机理与技术已成功验证并适用于多种异质结材料。(Advanced Materials, 2019,Highlight:研之成理)



l超构材料中超旋电磁场调控二硫化钼(MoS2)谷荧光发射。由纳米棒结构的周期组合和排列形成了C4对称超材料表面,二维材料被夹在金属层和超表面之间的电介质层中。超构材料在左/右旋圆偏振光激发下,呈现不同的近场超旋电磁场模式。由于材料激子与超旋电磁场共振耦合作用不同。左旋圆偏振光激发下,二硫化钼的谷偏振度从25%增强到43%,右旋光圆偏振激发时,二硫化钼的谷偏振度从25%降低到20%。该工作实现了手性超构材料对二维材料谷激子荧光效率的调控作用,突破材料自身非各向异性限制,实现了手性的谷极化度探测。同时,弱化了谷极化荧光的激发条件,首次利用线偏振光成功观测到谷极化荧光现象。(Advanced Materials, 2018
l利用光的自旋与轨道耦合调控激子-等离激元耦合过程。通过加工纳米尺度的金属螺旋结构,利用光在结构中产生的自旋轨道耦合的机理,可以实现光操控激子-等离激元耦合增强。在金属结构的增强作用下,左旋光激发时单层MoS2信号增强超过10倍,在右旋光激发时信号未显著增强。系统研究发现,该耦合过程与纳米结构的尺寸参数、螺旋结构圈数、激光的功率和激发波长密切相关。利用Majorana球模型首次分析了纳米结构中的光的自旋与轨道耦合现象。并利用该原理实现了旋光操控的发光阵列,左旋光和右旋光分别呈现“PKU”字母的明文和暗文发光。(ACS Nano, 2017, Highlight: ACS Nano:'In Nano', Design for Science, ESI High Cited Paper <1%)
l氮化硼材料中谷的赝自旋研究。氮化硼(BN)及碳原子掺杂氮化硼(BCN)材料体系在缺失C3对称性的保护情况下,材料仍具有非等价的能谷和完美的谷赝自旋性质,并且材料的带隙可随碳原子掺杂浓度从紫外到远红外大范围可调。低浓度的掺杂下,由于人工超结构和谷的相互作用,能带劈裂城分裂的能级并具有非连续的谷霍尔电导。在高浓度掺杂下,实验上在可见光波段观察到由于谷极化导致的圆极化的光致发光现象,室温下发出的圆偏振光的极化率接近40%,77k低温时,极化率高达70%。(Nano Letters, 2017)
l石墨烯量子点/二硫化钼复合材料的电荷转移过程研究。石墨烯量子点 (GQDs)与单层二硫化钼(MoS2)相互作用会在复合材料界面处发生电荷转移过程。控制石墨烯量子点在二硫化钼上的覆盖密度,通过对二硫化钼的荧光峰位和发光波长进行分析与观测,发现2纳米的量子点在非饱和浓度时对二硫化钼电子掺杂更有效。 通过激子发光三能级模型,分析了材料中激子和三激子的竞争激励,从荧光峰强度估算电子掺杂的浓度。(Advanced Materials, 2015)

l等离激元热电子调控单层二硫化钼的光学性质。光激发金属纳米颗粒产生表面等离激元共振,在共振的衰减过程中,会产生大量的热电子可以实现光控的电子掺杂效应。在掺杂的过程中,单层MoS2的吸收光谱和荧光光谱都发生显著的变化,该变化与金属颗粒的形貌尺寸、激发光波长、强度等密切相关;Drude模型可以从光谱变化间接估算电子掺杂浓度。利用热电子掺杂效应,实现了基于二维材料的光控光器件。(ACS Nano, 2015)
