研究领域
学科领域:
主要从事面向航空航天工程中卫星及高超声速飞行器结构需求的机械新材料及结构轻量化设计,在SCI、EI期刊发表论文60余篇,包括ESI高被引论文5篇,热点论文1篇(JMPS 2018-2020,Composites Part B 2019,IJSS 2019,Composite Structures 2019, Thin-Walled Structures 2020),封面论文一篇(EML, 2018),论文被引用600余次。
主要研究方向:

1、机械超材料设计
主要研究新型机械超材料(Mechanical Metamaterial)设计优化方法、3D打印及制备实验表征方法,以实现负泊松比(Negative Possion's Ratio)及负热膨胀系数(Negative Thermal Expansion),并开展多功能集成超材料设计。该类超材料主要用于航空航天中变体飞行器、卫星天线等航天器可展开结构,以及增强汽车典型结构的碰撞吸能特性等。研究成果发表在顶级期刊《Journal of the Mechanics and Physics of Solids》(ESI高被引论文)、《International Journal of Solids and Structures》(ESI高被引论文)、《Journal of Applied Mechanics》、《Composite Structures》、《International Journal of Mechanical Sciences》、《Extreme Mechanics Letters》,并在《科学通报》发表主题综述。

2、飞行器热防护系统
针对航空航天中高超声速飞行器对轻质集成式热防护的需求,主要开展陶瓷及陶瓷基复合材料多孔夹芯结构的高温力学行为、传热学特性研究,并开展承载-防隔热一体化集成式热防护系统设计及优化,为飞行器提供新的热防护解决方案。研究成果已多篇发表在《Applied Thermal Engineering》、《Composite Structures》(ESI高被引论文)、《Composites Part B: Engineering》、《Materials & Design》。
3、金属及多孔结构3D打印工艺

针对航空航天中复杂机械零部件对轻量化、高强度及多功能的工程应用需求,研究功能金属的3D打印工艺,并开展多孔金属结构的设计、3D打印制备与性能表征工作。成果已发表在《Extreme Mechanics Letters》(封面论文)、《Thin-Walled Structures》、《Materials Science and Engineering: A》。
4、汽车车身复合材料及结构轻量化设计

主要开展汽车车身轻质复合材料高效率工艺方法,先进复合材料纤维织物成型特性研究、复合材料/金属连接设计,复合材料汽车零部件轻量化设计与优化。研究成果发表在复合材料领域顶级期刊《Composites Science and Technology》、《Composites Part B: Engineering》(ESI高被引论文)以及《International Journal of Applied Mechanics》、《Composites Communications》、《Journal of Reinforced Plastics and Composites》、《复合材料学报》等。
