张漫波，博士，硕士生导师。长期从事功能配合物的合成及性能研究。在设计合成具有特定结构和光响应性能的功能配合物方面积累了丰富的经验，并对功能配合物的构效关系有较深刻的认识。已在国内外专业刊物上正式发表学术论文30余篇，包括Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.(被引413次)，Eur. J. Inorg. Chem.，Crystengcomm等。2006-至今在湖南师范大学从事教学科研工作。主持过国家自然科学基金面上项目(**)，湖南省教育厅基金(06C514、11B077)，湖南师范大学青年优秀人才培养计划基金(ET20903)和湖南师范大学博士启动基金。现主持湖南省教育厅基金一项(17C0948)，湖南师范大学化学生物学及中药分析教育部重点实验室人才基金(KLCBTCMR201808)，中国科学院物质结构研究所结构化学国家重点实验室科学基金(**)和桂林理工大学广西电磁化学功能物质重点实验室基金(EMFM**)。2010年，“氧基簇合物的设计、合成及性能”获得福建省自然科学一等奖（排名第四）。2016年，“氧基簇合物的设计、合成及性能”获得国家自然科学二等奖（排名第四）。
研究领域
1. 近红外光响应功能性配合物的合成及其抗肿瘤效应；
2. 多功能纳米载体的载药和抗肿瘤效应；
3. 稀土/过渡金属配合物的合成，结构及性能。
