1.血管生成素样蛋白3对动物胴体品质的影响及天然多酚调控作用研究
2.酮类化合物调节脂类代谢机制研究
3.以NO/ ADMA通路为靶点:探讨裙带菜膳食纤维调节心血管系统的分子机制研究

研究兴趣
骨桥蛋白(OPN);非对称性二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)和血管生成素样蛋白(ANGPTL)三种致病因子与相关疾病发病机理的联系,及一些天然多酚对其调控作用。
