张金平，男，湖北黄冈人，1978年10月出生，湖南科技大学能源与安全工程学院教师，博士，讲师。
主要从事摄影测量和遥感空间数据处理与分析等方面的研究。发表论文8篇，其中被EI、CSCD收录7篇，参加国家自然科学基金重点项目、湖南省科技厅计划项目、湖南省教育厅计划项目10余项。
