卞立安,男,汉族,天津宁河人,博士。2010年于天津工业大学获得电子科学与技术学士学位;2012年于天津大学获得电磁场与微波技术硕士学位;2018年于国防科技大学获得电子科学与技术博士学位。
主要研究方向:天线设计、石墨烯器件设计、光子晶体和超材料等。目前,主持湖南省自然科学基金项目一项(2019JJ50671);在国际著名刊物如Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics、Optical Materials Express、Supperlattices and Microstructures等和国际会议上已发表学术论文近40篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者SCI论文9篇;担任Optics Letters、IEEE Photonics Journal、Supperlattices and Microstructures、Optics Communications和Materials Research Express等期刊审稿人。在天线研究方面,与湖南大学天线技术研究中心建立了良好的合作关系,可提供广泛交流与学习的机会。
